Events and Activities
Over the Easter Holidays, the tulips and daffodils that gardening club planted bloomed beautifully. They really brightened up the school and everyone enjoyed seeing them on their way to and from school - a big thank you to Mrs Cooney and the rest of gardening club for all their hard work!
World Book Day 2018
We had another fantastic World Book Day at Brading! There were lots of brilliant costumes from both children and staff and parents got involved in our Celebration Worshop as well.
Van Gogh had a fabulous time at the Brading Roman Villa! Have a look at some of our pictures below...
Matisse class had lots of fun at Pizza Express! They made their own pizzas and got to look around the kitchen. They really enjoyed eating their pizzas afterwards!
Groups of children visited Osborne House for their topic on the Victorians. They looked at the artefacts in the house and grounds, and some year groups took part in a workshop called 'Waiting on Hand and Foot' where they experienced what it would have been like to work as a servant for a wealthy family. They all had a fantastic time and it greatly benefited their topic!
